摘要
通过对重型卧式数控车床主轴-滚动轴承系统的研究,建立了前支承为双列圆锥滚子轴承,后支承为单列圆锥滚子轴承的主轴系统的动力学微分方程。通过改变圆锥滚子轴承内滚道接触角、圆锥滚子的半锥角、主轴系统角频率和滚子数量,在考虑与轴承性能参数有关的变刚度和变阻尼系数的基础上,得到这些参数对主轴—轴承系统的影响。为机床主轴系统的优化设计提供理论依据。
To studying the spindle-ball bearing system of heauy duty NC lathe, the kinetics differential equation of the front support for the double-row tapered roller bearings and back support for the single row tapered roller bearings is created. Based on consider- ing the stiffness and damping coefficient related to the bearing performance parameters, the effects of the parameters on the spindle -bearing system is obtained from changing the bearing design parameters: tapered roller bearing inner raceway contact angle, tapered roller half cone angle, angular frequency spindle system and number of rollers. This study provides theoretical basis for optimizing the design of machine tools spindle system.
