摘要
介绍了某型号发动机油底壳开发过程中的形貌优化设计、仿真分析验证以及试验分析验证等3个环节的方法。阐明了形貌优化设计方法在薄壳类零部件开发过程中的重要作用。采用形貌优化设计方法,提高其各阶模态固有频率,降低故障率,形成指导性意见,对优化方案进行仿真及试验验证,对提高系统的可靠性起到了积极的作用。
Based on the topography optimization design method of the engine oil sump, this text describes its topography optimiza- tion design, simulation, analysis and verification in detail. This method plays an important role in the development of the engine oil sump and can be used to improved its design efficiency and reliability and reduce its design error failure.
