摘要 利用气-固-液耦合传热的数值模拟方法对板翅式EGR冷却器进行换热仿真分析,研究了平直翅片厚度、节距对换热和压降的影响,对比了不同类型翅片的换热效果,并对单程和双程的流动布置形式进行了比较。结果表明随着翅片厚度增加和翅片节距减小,换热效果增强,压力降增大;波形翅片比平直翅片有更好的换热效果和更大的压力降;双程流动与单程流动相比较,对增强换热具有显著影响,但压力降也急剧增加。 This paper uses the method of gas-solid-liquid coupled numerical simulation to analyze the heat transfer effect of plate- fin EGR cooler, researches on the influences of the fin thickness and pitch on the heat transfer effect and pressure fall and compare the heat transfer effects of different fins and the flow distribution forms of one-way flow and return-way flow. The results show that with the increase in fin thickness and decrease in fin pitch, the heat transfer effect becomes better, but the pressure fall increases; The heat transfer effect of the wave fin is better than that of the plain fin and its pressure fall is higher. Compared to one-way flow, the return-way flow has a distinct influence on the heat transfer effect, but its pressure fall also sharply increases.
