飞机部件自动对接的位姿标定计算及软件系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 飞机部件对接作为飞机总装过程重要步骤之一,是指将两个或多个相邻组件连接形成大型结构件的过程。国内飞机部件对接装配除了采用传统手动调整的方法外,逐渐引入了先进测量、定位调姿设备,但仍然存在对接自动化程度不高等问题。针对这一问题,提出了一种飞机部件自动对接的位姿标定计算方案,并基于Qt和OSG API设计开发了飞机部件对接软件系统,为实现自动化对接提供了方案及软件支持。 Aircraft component butt is the process of jointing many adjacent components to a big component in aircraft. It is an impor- tant step of the aircraft assembly. In the aircraft assembly at home, the traditional manual operation mode is still used, while the ad- vanced measuring and fixing equipment is used in some enterprises, but some problems exist in these equipment, such as lower au- tomation etc. This paper puts forward a scheme of calibration and position and orientation computation of aircraft components in aircraft component butt, that Qt frame and OSG API are used to design and develop a software system of the aircraft component butt.
