摘要
油田水驱注水管网供注关系相对较为完善,随着三次采油技术的不断发展,聚驱和三元驱注入系统新建了多个相对独立的注水系统,系统独立导致总体呈现能耗偏高、调整能力小、抗干扰能力不足等问题,通过摸索上下游供注关系的参数调整范围,立足地面已建设备,对聚驱"小系统"实现联网、优化注水泵匹配关系、减级等综合措施,优化管网整体运行模式,强化梯级调整措施,既保障聚驱注够水、注好水的基本要求,又能有效控制能耗,提高系统运行的稳定性。
The supply and the injection system of water flooding are well-equipped in the oilfield.With the continuous development of the Tertiary Enhanced Oil Recovery, some new independent water injection systems were built for polymer flooding and ASP flooding. Independent injection systems lead to high energy consumption, low adjustment ability and low anti-interference ability.Through analyzing the parameters range of the water supply between the upstream and downstream basing on the existing ground equipments, a network was set up to connect all the independent systems. The match relation of the injection pump and the overall operation mode were optimized,and the ladder type adjustment method was firmed up. By those improving methods mentioned above, enough water supply and effective injection for the system was obtained, and the energy consumption was controlled effectively. Therefore, the system could run stably.
