减少蒸汽伴热系统冷凝水排放量研究

摘要 在使用蒸汽锅炉对油库生产设施伴热及生活办公设施取暖时,库区一般布局分散,沿途热网管线的热损失大,使用蒸汽量多,凝结水量大。通过对蒸汽冷凝水排放的现状进行分析,指出了冷凝水水质不合格为冷凝水排放的主要原因。通过调查与分析,得出了影响冷凝水水质的因素,提出并通过实验验证了安装曝气射流装置、锰砂罐、安装除氧器、使用蒸汽管道保护剂可以有效地改善冷凝水水质从而减少冷凝水排放量。 Due to the scattered layout of oil depot areas, when the steam boiler is used to heat the production, living and office facilities of oil depots, heat loss of the heating pipeline network,amount of the steam and condensate water are all great. Through analyzing the current condition of condensate water discharge, the poor condensate water quality is pointed out as the main reason for condensate water discharge. Based on investigation and analysis, the factors influencing the quality of condensate water are found. Then the relevant solutions are proposed and proved by experiments,namely, it is effective to improve the quality of condensate water and reduce the discharge of condensate water by using the aeration jet device, manganese sand tank, deaerator and steam pipeline protective agent.
