远程注水控制监测系统在油田应用的研究

摘要 针对油田注水泵机泵运行效率不能连续监测,为了提高供电系统的功率因数,节约能源,常常调高高压同步电动机的励磁电流,易造成能耗严重损失,影响正常生产。因此,需对大型机泵的运行状态进行监测。根据现场监测分析,采用远程油田注水控制监测系统可实现注水泵的运行状态的实时监测、诊断和控制,实现恒压注水功能以及机泵效率实时自动计算,大大提升了油田注水的管理水平。 Since the oilfield pump operation efficiency cannot be continuously monitored, and in order to improve the power factor of the power supply system, the excitation current of the motors usually was turned up, which cause high energy consumption. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the running state of the large pump. According to field monitoring analysis, the real time monitoring, diagnosis and control of water injection pump operation could be realized by using remote monitoring system of water injection control in oilfield. Meanwhile, the constant pressure water injection function and the real-time automatic calculation of pump efficiency could be realized.Therefore the management level of water injection in the oilfield is enhanced.
