本地农民工的现代化问题研究——以中国乡村工业的发展进程为背景

A Study on the Modernization of Local Peasant Workers——Taking the Development of China's Rural Industry as the Background

"本地农民工"群体作为农民工群体的一部分,一直以来"被"隐于"进城农民工/外出农民工"群体之下,未受到学界应有的关注。但是本地农民工群体有其独特的历史地位,这一群体是与我国近代乡村工业相伴而生的,并在我国本土工业化进程特别是农村工业化转型中起着重要作用。随着农民工群体内部异质性的不断凸显,将"本地农民工"置于学术研究的视野之中,可以深化我国农民工群体问题的研究。此外,通过对本地农民工现代化状况的考察及相关影响因素的分析,可以进一步反思与拓宽农民工现代化问题的解决思路,进而推动我国的整体现代化进程。

＂Local migrant workers＂, as a part of migrant workers groups, has been ＂hidden＂ in the ＂immi- grant workers/ emigrant workers＂ group, not subject to academic attention. However, the local peasant- worker community has its unique historical status. This group is associated with the modem rural industry of our country and plays an important role in the industrialization process of our country, especially the rural in- dustrialization. With the constant heterogeneity of migrant workers, it is necessary to put ＂local migrant work- ers＂ into the field of academic research, which can deepen the research of migrant workers in China. In addi- tion, through the investigation of the modernization of local migrant workers and the analysis of related factors, we can further reflect and broaden the solution of the problem of modernization of peasant workers, thus pro- moting the overall modernization process of our country.
