摘要
目前矿用带式输送机的控制通常采用隔爆兼本质安全型控制箱和本质安全型操作台分体模式,由于分体模式存在不少问题,故设计了一种矿用带式输送机一体化操控装置,既可省去操作台与控制箱的电缆连线,缩小了煤矿井下操作空间,又在工程安装、搬家倒面时具有明显的优势。
At present, the control of mine belt conveyor usually adopts explosion and intrinsically safe control box and intrinsically safe operating table, there were many problems in the split mode, the integrated control device of mine belt conveyor was designed. It can save the operation platform and the control box of the cable link, reduce the coal mine underground space, but also have obvious advantages in the project installation, moving down face.
