摘要
针对在煤矿井下通信设备箱体多、井下电缆繁多、无线数据传输带宽不足等问题,结合4G通信技术发展趋势,设计了一种煤矿"一网一站"通信模式。该通信模式通过采用高效可靠的井上井下一体式万兆有线/4G无线环网,一站式的综合业务集成基站,实现了井下业务数据的"六统一",即统一规划、统一标准、统一接入、统一传输、统一管理、统一维护。测试及现场试运行结果表明,采用煤矿"一网一站"的通信模式,切实解决了煤矿的通信一体化、通信效率以及通信带宽问题,简化了煤矿的井下业务通信设备,从而有效地降低了设备维护成本,保障了井下安全生产。
In view of the problems of the underground communication equipment box, the underground cable, the wireless data transmission bandwidth technology, a communication mode , and so on, combined with the development trend of 4G communication of " one network and one station" in coal mine was designed. The communication mode which based on the high efficiency and reliability of the underground integrated Gigabit wired /4G wireless ring network, one-stop integrated service base station, implementation of the "six unified", which was unified planning, unified standards, unified access, unified transmission, unified management and unified maintenance. Test and field trial results show that, the communication mode of "one network and one station" is adopted to solve the problem of communication integration, communication efficiency and communication bandwidth of coal mine. As a result, the equipment maintenance cost is effectively reduced, and the safety production of the mine is ensured.
