摘要
连接连续采煤机中部运输槽与运输机尾的钢板工作条件恶劣,所以对其力学性能和工艺技术要求较高。通过改进热处理工艺,使65Mn弹簧钢板热处理畸变减少,表面硬度及疲劳寿命提高,显微组织分布更细小、均匀。
The working conditions of steel plate connecting line pan and end unit of the conveyor on the continuous miner were severe. Consequently higher requirements of mechanical property and processing of the spring steel plate were in demand. By improving the heat treatment process of the spring steel plate, the deformation from heat treatment has been reduced, the surface hardness and fatigue life has been enhanced, and the mierostrueture has been refined and uniformized.
