Review and Prospect on Single Window of International Trade

对国内外与"国际贸易单一窗口"相关的研究文献梳理结果表明:贸易单一窗口建设是一项漫长的复杂工程,不仅需要投入大量资金,而且需要强有力的技术支持;作为贸易便利化的综合体,贸易单一窗口重在重塑组织架构,其成功建设有利于所有贸易相关方;在众多贸易便利化措施中,贸易单一窗口是收效非常明显的措施。鉴于贸易单一窗口的重要性,未来需要从理论与实证两个方面进一步深入研究单一窗口的作用及其对国际贸易的影响。

The combing result of relevant articles concerning with the foreign and domestic ＂single window of international trade＂ indicate that： the construction of single window of trade is a long complicated project, which not only needs massive funds, but also asks for powerful technical support; As the integrity of trade facilitation, the single window of trade focuses on refraining the organization structure, and the successful building is benefit to all of the rdevant parties; In multiple trade facilitation measures, the single window of trade is significantly effective. According to the importance of the single win- dow of trade, we should take further study on the effect of single window from the theoretical and empirical aspects and the impact on the international trade.
