摘要
目的对民族药羊开口进行质量评价。方法采用HPLC法测定不同品种、不同产地和不同部位羊开口药材中的鞣花酸;色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-SP C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15∶85),流速1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长254 nm。结果展毛野牡丹和野牡丹中均含有鞣花酸,两者的含量差异不大;不同产地药材中鞣花酸的含量差异较大;同一植株,根和茎中鞣花酸的含量有所差异,根中的含量高于茎的,老茎和嫩茎的平均含量相近。结论以羊开口的根和茎入药具有一定的科学依据,应制订羊开口药材中鞣花酸含量的测定方法。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of ethnic medicine Melastomae radix et caulis. METHODS The content of ellagic acid in different varieties, different places of production and different parts of Melastomae radix et caulis was determined by HPLC. The separation was performed on an Inertsil ODS-SP C18 column(250 mm×4.6 ram,5 μm) ,with aeetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid solution( 15 : 85 ) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. RESULTS Ellagic acid could be detected from Melastoma normale and M. candidum, and there was little differences in content. There was a big difference at different habitats. In the same plant, the content of ellagic acid was different in the root and stem, and the content in root was higher than that in stem, and that in old stem and tender was close. CONCLUSION There lays a certain scientific basis on the use of root and stem of Melastornae radix et caulis, and it is necessary to establish the method for content determination of ellagic acid in Melastomae radix et caulis.
