回转窑等转筒设备传动开式齿轮的研究(Ⅵ)——分半齿圈制造中的变形规律分析与控制 被引量:2

摘要 叙述了回转窑等转筒设备分半齿圈的传统机械加工工艺,分析了分半齿圈的加工现状和存在的问题,通过工艺数据分析对比,研究了分半齿圈加工变形规律,得出了存放周期基本相同的同规格分半齿圈在机加工中的变形量和变形规律基本相同的结论,为分次装夹加工和预应力加工工艺制定提供了理论依据。得出结论:根据存放周期基本相同的同规格分半齿圈机加工变形特性和机加工各阶段的变形规律,可以制定和选择合理的加工工艺;无论采用分次装夹加工还是采用预应力加工,保证最小的精加工余量才能保证分半齿圈最小的精加工变形量;铣齿机粗加工可使精加工余量控制在较小状态;全预应力加工是较为经济合理的加工方法。作为设备使用单位有必要了解重要零件大齿圈的变形原因,考核设备制造厂的大齿圈加工工艺和变形控制方法,以便评定和选择合格的供应商。 The traditional mechanical processing technology of half ring gear were described, and the present situation of the machining of half ring gear and the existing problems were analyzed. By the comparison analysis of process data, the half ring gear machining deformation rule was studied, and the results showed that deformation quantity and regularity were basically the same with the same specification half ring gear ring in the same storage period, it provided a theoretical basis for the gradation clamping process and pre-stressed machining process. According to the deformation characteristics and machining deformation rule of half ring gear ring in different processing stages,the reasonable processing technology and equipment could choose. Whether using the gradation clamping machining or adopting pre-stressed machining, the minimum allowance for finish should be ensured firstly in order to guarantee the minimum deformation of finish machining of the half ring gear ring. The allowance for finish could be controlled in asmall scope through rough machining by gear milling machine. Pre- stressed machining was a more economic and reasonable machining method. As users of the equipment, it was necessary for understand deformation reason of crucial part and check the big gear ring processing technology and deformation control method used by equipment manufacture factory.
