施锌肥对马铃薯干物质积累、生理特性及块茎营养品质的影响 被引量:23

Effects of Zinc fertilizer on potato dry matter accumulation,physiological characteristics,and tubers nutritional quality

摘要 通过盆栽试验,研究了施锌肥对马铃薯干物质积累规律、生理特性及块茎主要营养品质的影响。结果表明:1)全生育期,施锌处理(Zn)马铃薯叶片中叶绿素含量和叶片的SPAD值均高于CK处理,花期(出苗后44d、54d)喷施锌肥后,叶绿素含量差异,上叶部达1%显著水平,下叶部达5%显著水平。上、中、下叶部SPAD值Zn处理比CK处理分别增加5.7%、7.6%,6.3%、9.2%,4.5%、6.7%;2)出苗后30d马铃薯根系活力差异出现变化,在此前,CK处理﹥Zn处理,此后CK处理<Zn处理;3)产量、淀粉含量和块茎中的锌含量,Zn处理分别比CK处理高17.93%、18.81%、244.58%,其中产量、淀粉含量和块茎中的锌含量差异达到极显著水平,VC含量差异达到显著水平。 Pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of Zinc fertilizer on dry matter accumulation rules,physiological characteristics and tubers main nutritional quality of potato. The results showed that ( 1 ) During the whole growth period of the cultivar, the chlorophyll of Zn treatment in the leaf and SPAD values were higher than that of CK treatment, After spraying Zinc fertilizer (44d, 54d) in the flowering period, the chlorophyll content in the upper leaves at the 1% significant level, and it in the lower leaves reached 5% significant level. Compared with CK treatment the SPAD value of upper leaves, middle leaves, and lower leaves of Zn treatment increased 5.7%, 7.6%, 6.3%, and 9.2%, 4.5%, 6.7% respectively. (2) 30 days after emergence, the difference of the root activity of potato was changed. Before 30 days, it was CK treatment 〉 Zn treatment, after the time, it was just the opposite. (3) Yield, starch content, and Zinc content in tubers of Zn treatment were higher than CK treatment by 17.93%, 18.81% and 244.58%, respectively. Among all the indexes, the potato yield, starch content, and Zinc content in tubers reached very significant level, and VC content reached significant level.
