农户作物秸秆市场流通的参与意愿及其影响因素

Farmers' willingness to participate in the market circulation of crop straws and its influence factors

作物秸秆市场流通是改善农村环境、实现农业农村可持续发展的重要途径。利用湖北省394位农户的调研数据,采用Binary Probit模型经验分析了农户参与作物秸秆市场流通的意愿及其影响因素。研究表明73.35%的农户具有参与作物秸秆市场流通的意愿。经济价值感知越强、农业收入型家庭、所在村庄配有作物秸秆处理设施、对当前农村环境满意程度越低的农户,其参与意愿相对更高。据此推动秸秆产业化发展、提倡农村土地适度规模经营、增强农户作物秸秆市场流通的经济价值感知及完善作物秸秆"收储运"市场流通体系等政策有助于农户参与到作物秸秆市场流通体系。

The market circulation of crop straws is an important way to improve the rural environment and a-chieve the sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas. The binary probit model was used in this research to empirically study the farmers＇ willingness to participate in crop straws market circulation and its effect factors. The study showed that 73.35 % of the respondents had the willingness to be involved in the market circulation of crop straws. Farmers with higher participation willingness were generally those who are highly educated,with agriculture -based income, own larger cultivated area, have a higher recognition on the economic value of crop straws market circulation and live in a village equipped with crop straws treatment facilities. Accordingly, to promote the straw industrialization development and the appropriately scale operation of rural land, strengthen the publicity guide to enhance farmers knowledge of value identity on the market liquidity of crop straws, develop the ＂collection, storage, and transportation＂ market circulation system of crop straws could help farmers to participate in the market circulation system crop straws.
