摘要
文章分析了市场营销专业的教学现状,针对市场营销专业学生学习兴趣不浓,毕业生就业竞争力不强等问题,提出市场营销专业工程化教学的一些举措:重视案例教学;认真组织大学生创业大赛,培养学生的创业和创新精神;培养工程化的"双能型"教师队伍;充分发挥实习、实践基地的优势,同时聘请富有经验的企业专家指导学生的毕业设计.
The article analyzes the teaching situation of marketing major. Based on the students" major in marketing, learning interest is not strong and graduates" employment is less competition and so on. The article puts forward some initiatives on engineering teaching: put emphasis on case teaching professional courses, carefully organize entrepreneurship competition for college students, develop students" entrepreneurship and innovation spirit, cultivating engineering of "double type" teachers, give full play to the advantages of practice and practice base, at the same time hire experienced experts for enterprises.
