摘要
健身踏板操是深受高校女大学生喜爱的项目之一,但适合普通女大学生的踏板操套路少之又少.本研究通过对高校踏板操选项课女大学生进行自编健身踏板操的训练,并对训练前后各项指标进行了测试及分析对比,结果表明:研究对象训练后肺活量、心脏功能、最大摄氧量、安静心率评价分数均高于训练前,进而说明健身踏板操套路对女大学生心肺功能提高有很大帮助,值得在高校推广.
Aerobics is one of the most popular for female college students, but it is less suitable for ordinary female college students. In this study, based on the pedal gymnastics course female college stu- dents self fitness step aerobics training, the indexes before and after training were tested and com- pared. The results show that the research object after training capacity, cardiac function and V02 max, heart rate evaluation scores were higher than those before training. And that fitness aerobics routine is helpful to improve the cardiopulmonary function of female college students in colleges and universities. It is worthy of promotion.
