摘要
为了解四川藏区松栎林下牛肝菌资源的系统发育地位,采用形态学和ITS序列分析相结合的方法,对采集于7个地区的11株牛肝菌进行了系统地研究。结果表明,11株牛肝菌形态有所差异,系统发育结果显示它们属于琥珀乳牛肝菌(Suillus placidus)、乳牛肝菌(Suillus bovinus)、褐环乳牛肝菌(Suillus luteus)、绿盖粉孢牛肝菌(Tylopilus virens)、金黄柄牛肝菌(Boletus auripes)、Boletus bainiugan和尚不能确定到属的牛肝菌。研究结果表明,四川藏区松栎林下牛肝菌资源丰富,对该区域的牛肝菌资源的探索具有广阔的前景。
In order to understand the phylogenetic position of boletes in pine oak forest in Tibetan of Sichuan province, the morphological and ITS sequencing methods were used to systematically study the eleven strains of boletes from seven places. The results showed that the shapes of the eleven strains of boletes had differences, which were phylogenetically categorized into Suillus placidus, Suillus bovinus, Suillus luteus, Tylopilus virens, Boletus auripes, Boletus bainiugan and unknown boletes which could not be identified to genus level. It was conclude that the resources of boletes in pine oak forest in Tibetan of Siehuan province was rich. It is prospective for us to explore resources of boletes in this area.
