摘要
O2O在电子商务领域中已经占领主导地位,具有让消费者享受真实的消费体验、实时互动等优点,在图书馆服务中有着广阔的使用前景。文章从O2O服务模式的定义、特征入手,论述了O2O模式在国内外发展的应用现状,分析了O2O模式存在的问题和发展趋势,得出图书馆做好O2O的关键是精准服务内容、标准化管理、形成闭环链接,同时指出高校图书馆建立O2O服务模式的必要性和紧迫性,总结了高校图书馆发展O2O服务模式的策略。
O2O has occupied the leading position in the field of electronic commerce. It has so many advantages such as real consumer experience, real time interaction and so on. It is widely used in library services. Starting with the definition and characteristics of O2O service model, this paper discusses its application and development at home and abroad, analyzes its problems and development trend. The keys to do well in O2O are accurate service content and standardized management to form a closed loop link. It also points out the necessity and urgency of establishing the O2O service model in university library and summarizes developing strategies.
