摘要
知识多样性与组织创新之间的关系至今并未形成统一的结论。利用134家福建地区鞋、服及相关企业的问卷调查数据,以组织突破式创新为切入点,可分析其与组织内部知识多样性的关系。研究结果表明:组织内部知识多样性显著提高组织的突破式创新;但基于知识冗余、交易成本的考虑,组织的外部知识获取将削弱组织内部知识多样性对其突破式创新的正向影响。此时组织的知识整合机制将发挥关键作用,完善的知识整合机制将能够显著改善组织获取外部知识对于其内部知识多样性与突破式创新之间关系的负向调节效应,反之则不利于组织的突破式创新。因此,只有通过加强组织知识整合机制的提升,实现外部知识的有效吸收以及内外部知识的充分整合,才能真正加强组织的突破式创新能力,提高组织绩效。
An ongoing debate in strategic literature is whether knowledge diversification facilitates or impedes organizational innovation. To address this gap, the uncertain relationship could be identified through the lens of radical innovation. Survey data from 134 shoes and clothing enterprises in Fujian indicates that internal knowledge diversification enhances the organizational radical innovation. But the external knowledge acquisition negatively moderates the positive relationship between these two variables. On the other hand, good knowledge integration mechanism will alleviate the negatively moderating effect of external knowledge acquisition and improve the radical innovation. Finally, there are also some limitations and expectations should be considered in the future.
