摘要
目的:观察闭合性肾损伤早期肾脏组织的组织学变化及肝细胞生长因子(HGF)的表达情况,探讨肾损伤早期肾脏组织中HGF表达水平的变化及意义。方法:将36只新西兰兔随机分为对照组4只和创伤组32只,采用砝码自由落体垂直撞击32只新西兰兔肾区,造成62例不同程度的闭合性肾损伤,作HE染色观察肾脏组织的组织学表现,作IHC染色观察肾脏组织中HGF的表达情况。结果:与对照组比较,创伤组肾脏组织中HGF的表达明显增强(P<0.01),且表达水平随着肾损伤程度的加重而升高(P<0.01)。结论:HGF作为一种抗损伤因子,在闭合性肾损伤早期对肾脏组织的修复具有重要的调节作用,可能是一种有潜力的治疗肾脏损伤的靶基因。
Objective:To study the pathological characteristics and the expression of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)in kidney as well as the significance about change of HGF in kidney early after blunt renal injury.Method:The blunt renal injuries in 62 kidneys of 32 New Zealand rabbits were caused by weights falling down to the renal regions.The pathological characteristics and the expression of HGF in kidney early after blunt renal injury were studied by the staining methods of hematoxylin and eosin(HE)and immunohistochemistry(IHC).Result:The expression level of HGF in trauma group was higher than that in control group(P〈0.01),and increased while injury increased(P〈0.01).Conclusion:The change of HGF in kidney early after blunt renal injury is important for renal repair.HGF is strongly considered as a potential treatment for renal injury.
