摘要
为提高‘美登’蓝莓对高pH值的适应性,以期达到我国大部分地区种植‘美登’蓝莓不需要改土或减少改土成本的目标。以高寒地区蓝莓栽培首选品种‘美登’的无根组培苗为试材,采用pH梯度(5.0、5.2、5.4、5.6、5.8、6.0、6.2、6.4、6.6)驯化培养的方法使其逐步适应高pH值。结果表明,经过梯度驯化培养的‘美登’蓝莓在pH为6.6的培养基中的分化数为7.9±1.0,明显多于不经过梯度驯化的1.8±0.8;分化出的丛生芽的生长状况(茎高、茎粗及叶色)也明显优于不经过梯度驯化的。经pH梯度驯化培养可以提高‘美登’蓝莓对高pH值的适应性。
