鼓泡型箔片动压止推气体轴承结构变形的数值研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对鼓泡型箔片动压止推气体轴承的结构特点,应用ANSYS软件建立弹性支承结构的有限元模型,并对其进行数值求解。在不考虑顶层平箔片变形的情况下,分析单个鼓泡尺寸变化对其支承刚度的影响,建立轴承模型并在对顶层平箔片施加通过有限差分法求解得到的气膜压力后,求解获得平箔片和鼓泡箔片的变形情况。结果表明:通过减小鼓泡半径、跨距以及增大箔片的厚度能够提高鼓泡弹性支承结构的刚度;顶层平箔片在鼓泡型弹性箔片元件的变形中起主要作用,而且弹性箔片元件的变形量能够满足润滑层最小气膜间隙的要求。 Aimed at the structural characteristics of foil hydrodynamic thrust gas beating with hemispherical convex dots, a finite element model of the elastic foundation was established and solved by using ANSYS software.The influence of changing size of a single hemispherical convex dot on its stiffness was firstly analyzed by ignoring the deformation of top foil, and the model of the bearing was built and solved by finite difference method to obtain the film pressure.The deforma- tions of top foil and the foil with hemispherical convex dots were obtained by applying the film pressure obtained by finite difference method.The results indicate that the structural stiffness of elastic foundation is increased by reducing the radius or the span of hemispherical convex dot or increasing the foil thickness.The top foil plays a major role in the deformation of the elastic foil element, and the amount of the deformation of the elastic foil element can meet the requirement of minimal film thickness of bearing lubricant layer.
