丙烯腈含量对环氧树脂增强ATBN性能的影响

摘要 以环氧树脂(EP)为增强剂、丙烯腈(AN)为改性剂,制备了w(软段)=59%或82%(相对于试样质量而言)的ATBN(端胺基液体丁腈橡胶)试样,并着重探讨了AN含量对试样的动态力学性能、吸水率、拉伸性能、压缩永久形变以及溶胀性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着AN含量的增加,试样的软段T_g(玻璃化转变温度)升高、储能模量增大、吸水率提升,并且胺基含量在影响试样吸水率的因素中占主导作用;随着AN含量的增加,试样的力学性能增强、压缩永久形变升幅减小且溶胀度增大。 With epoxy resin(EP)as strengthening agent,acrylonitrile(AN)as modifier,the ATBN(end-amino liquid NBR)samples,which mass fractions of soft segment were 59% or 82% in sample,were prepared. Andthe influences of AN contents on the dynamic mechanical properties,water absorption,tensile properties,compression permanent deformation,and swelling property of sample were emphatically discussed. The researchresults showed that the Tg(glass transition temperature)of soft segment of sample was increased,storage modulusand water absorption were increased with increasing AN content,and the amino content in influencing factors ofwater absorption of sample had the dominant role. The mechanical properties and swelling degree of sample wereincreased but the increasing range of compression permanent deformation was decreased with increasing ANcontent.
