摘要
以过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷为硅烷偶联剂、丙烯酰胺(AM)为硬单体和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软单体,采用接枝共聚法制备了木材用改性木薯淀粉胶粘剂。研究结果表明:采用单因素试验法优选出制备该胶粘剂的最佳工艺条件是V(乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷)=1.6 m L、m(单体)∶m(淀粉)=0.9∶1.0、m(AM)∶m(BA)=0.56∶1.0、m(APS)=0.3 g、m(淀粉)=25 g、反应时间为4 h和反应温度为50℃,此时胶粘剂的综合性能相对最好,其干态、湿态剪切强度分别为5.26、4.18 MPa。
With ammonium persulfate(APS) as initiator,vinyl triethoxy silane as silane coupler,acrylamide(AM)as hard monomer,and butyl acrylate(BA)as soft monomer,the modified cassava starch adhesivefor wood was prepared by graft copolymerization. The research results showed that the optimal process conditions ofpreparing adhesive were preferred by single factor experiment when vinyl triethoxy silane was 1.6 m L,mass ratios of m(monomer)∶m(starch)and m(AM)∶m(BA)were 0.9∶1.0 and 0.56∶1.0 respectively,APS was 0.3 g,starch was25 g,and reaction time and temperature were 4 h and 50 ℃ respectively. Here,the adhesive had the relatively bestcombination property because its dry-shear strength and wet-shear strength were 5.26,4.18 MPa respectively.
