摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为硬单体,丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸乙基己酯(EHA)为软单体,丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)及丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(A-151)为交联单体,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用种子乳液聚合法合成了BOPP(双向拉伸聚丙烯)薄膜用丙烯酸酯乳液型PSA(压敏胶)。研究结果表明:当Tg(玻璃化转变温度)为-30℃、w(APS)=0.6%、w(复合乳化剂)=2.0%、w(AA)=3%、w(HPA)=3%、w(HEA)=3.0%和w(A-151)=0.5%(均相对于单体总质量而言)时,乳液型PSA的综合性能相对最好,其平均粒径为98 nm、稳定性良好和胶膜吸水率相对较低,并且该乳液型PSA用于BOPP薄膜粘接时具有优异的粘接性能。
With methyl methacrylate(MMA)as hard monomer,butyl acrylate(BA)and ethylhexyl acrylate(EHA)as soft monomers,hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA),hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPA)and acrylic acid(AA)as functionalmonomers,vinyl triethoxy silane(A-151)as crosslinking monomer and ammonium persulfate(APS)as initiator,theacrylate emulsion PSA(pressure sensitive adhesive)for bonding BOPP(biaxially oriented polypropylene) film wassynthesized by seed emulsion polymerization. The research results showed that the emulsion PSA had the relativelybest combination property because its average particle size was 98 nm,its stability was good,and water absorptionof film was relatively lower,and the emulsion PSA for bonding BOPP film had the excellent bonding propertieswhen the T(gglass transition temperature)was-30 ℃,mass fractions of APS,compound emulsifier,AA,HPA,HEAand A-151 were 0.6%,2.0%,3%,3%,3.0% and 0.5% respectively in total monomers.
