艾滋病合并肺结核CT与病理对照分析

目的:观察艾滋病合并肺结核的CT表现与病理特点。方法:选取2012年1月-2014年12月期间在我院接受治疗的15例艾滋病合并肺结核患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,探究患者的CT表现及病理穿刺结果。结果:艾滋病合并肺结核患者的CT表现为:结节影、片状实变影或肿块影,并伴有胸膜炎和淋巴结肿大;病理特点为:10例抗酸杆菌染色呈阳性,其中6例出现干酪样坏死与炎细胞浸润,3例出现肺组织坏死与炎细胞浸润,6例出现纤维细胞增生及浸润。结论:艾滋病合并肺结核的表现缺乏特异性,临床上应根据CT表现及病理特点做出合理判断,从而为患者提供早期、有效治疗。

Objective： To observe the CT manifestations and pathologic characteristics of AIDS tuberculosis. Methods： Select January 2012-December 2014 treated in our hospital during the period of 15 cases of HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis patients, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, to explore the CT manifestations and pathologic biopsy results of patients. Results： AIDS combined CT manifestations of tuberculosis patients are as follows： nodular shadows, patchy consolidation shadows or mass shadow, accompanied by pleurisy and swollen lymph nodes; For pathological characteristics： 10 cases of acid fast bacilli staining positive, among them 6 cases of caseous necrosis and inflammatory cells infiltration, 3 cases with lung tissue necrosis and inflammatory cells infiltration, 6 cases with fiber cell proliferation and infiltration. Conclusion： The lack of specificity of AIDS amalgamative tuberculosis, clinical should make reasonable judgment based on the characteristics of CT manifestations and pathologic, so as to provide patients with early and effective treatment.
