磁共振动态增强在早期乳腺癌影像诊断中的作用

MRI Dynamic Enhancement in the Role of Imaging Diagnosis of Early Breast Cancer

目的:探讨磁共振成像在早期乳腺癌影像诊断中的作用。方法:选取2014年6月-2016年6月我院接待的80例受检者为研究对象,均给予磁共振动态增强成像检查,可疑患者给予活检手术,分析MRI的诊断价值。结果:本组80例患者,时间-信号曲线显示,Ⅰ型72例、Ⅱ型5例、Ⅲ型3例。8例发现病变,其中5例为癌前改变,3例为乳腺癌,分别行腺叶切除术与保乳手术、改良手术治疗。结论:在早期乳腺癌影像诊断中应用磁共振成像,提高了检出率,满足了患者诊治需求。

Objective： To investigate the role of magnetic resonance imaging in early diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods： 80 cases from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital received patients as the research object, were treated with dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging, suspicious patients were given biopsy, analysis of the value of the diagnosis of MRI. Results： In this group of 80 patients, time signal curve showed that type I 72 cases, type II 5 cases, type III 3 cases. 8 cases found that 5 cases of precancerous lesions, 3 cases of breast cancer were treated with breast conserving surgery, improved surgical treatment. Conclusion： The application of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of early breast cancer images, improve the detection rate, to meet the treatment needs of patients.
