摘要 凝血酶处于凝血级联的重要位置,它在血小板活化和纤维蛋白生成中发挥重要作用。直接凝血酶抑制剂能够直接抑制凝血酶的活性,是一类非常有前景的抗血栓药物,本文对直接凝血酶抑制剂的研究进展进行综述。 Thrombin is central to the coagulation process because it plays a pivotal role in both platelet activation and fibrin generation. Direct thrombin inhibitors( DTIs) have emerged as promising target for inactivating thrombin directly. This article will give an overview of direct thrombin inhibitors.
