摘要
目的建立蝉蜕止咳颗粒质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别紫菀和诃子,采用HPLC法测定黄芩苷含量。色谱柱为Gemini-C_(18)(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇∶0.6%磷酸(50∶50);流速为1.0m L·min^(-1);检测波长为280nm。结果紫菀、诃子薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰;黄芩苷在0.0313~0.626μg线性良好,回归方程为Y=34355X-18506,平均回收率为99.23%,RSD为2.22%。结论所建立的质量标准方法简便、专属性强、重现性好,可用于该产品质量的控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standards for Granules of chantuizhike. METHODS The thinlayer chromatography was adopted for qualitative identification. Baicalin content were determined by HPLC method. RESULTS TLC spots of Aster Tataricus and Medicine Terminalia Fruit were clear. Their negatives were no interference; the determination method for the content of baicalin was established. The calibration curve of baicalin was liner in the range of 0. 0313 ~ 0. 626μg. The regression equation was Y = 34355X-18506,the recovery was 99. 23%and RSD was 2. 22%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of chantuizhike granules.
