摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定止咳类药品中柚皮苷的含量的方法,并对测定结果进行数学统计评定。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:phenomenex C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);λ=283nm;流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(38∶62∶1.5);流速:1.0m L·min-1。利用外标法计算柚皮苷含量。再根据数学统计,对测定结果进行分析。结果柚皮苷在5.0~50μg·m L-1浓度范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996)。苗族药咳速停糖浆和橘红颗粒的柚皮苷含量差别不大;克刻镇咳宁糖浆和小儿止咳糖浆中柚皮苷含量有较大差异。结论该方法可测定中成药止咳类药品中柚皮苷的含量,数学统计法可为止咳类药品质量的评价提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To establish a reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography( RP-HPLC)method for the determination of naringin in medicine and to evaluate the results by mathematical statistics. METHODS The HPLC and mathematical statistics were used. The analytical column was C18 column,and the UV detector wavelength was 283 nm. The mobile phase was ethanol-water-glacial acetic acid( 38 ∶ 62 ∶ 1. 5),and the flow rate was 1. 0m L·min-1. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5 ~ 50μg·m L-1( r =0. 9997). By the mathematical statistical methods,the content of naringin in the syrup drug of Miao Zu Ke Su Ting was almost the same as Ju Hong,and the contents of naringin in syrup drug of Ke Ke Zhen Ke Ning and Infants Cough-Suppressing Syrup showed significant difference. CONCLUSION This method can be used for the determination of naringin in drugs of cough medicine. Mathematical statistical method can provide a reference for the evaluation of cough medicines quality.
