健脾肥儿糖浆质量标准研究

Studies on the Quality Standard of Jianpi Feier Sgrup

目的建立健脾肥儿糖浆的质量标准。方法考察不同提取方法、不同展开系统和展开条件、确定最佳试验方法对焦山楂、麸炒白术进行鉴别。结果对3批样品进行试验,均斑点清晰,分离度好。结论鉴别方法灵敏度高、专属性好,可用于健脾肥儿糖浆中焦山楂和麸炒白术的鉴别,可对健脾肥儿糖浆进行有效的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standards of Jianpi Feier Tangjiang. METHODS Investigating different extraction methods and developing solvents and finding the best method to identify hawthorn and atractylodes; comparing 3 batches of samples from by TLC. RESULTS Test 3 batches of samples,the definition and resolution were both well. CONCLUSION The method is simple,sensitive and reliable. It is suitable for the quality control of Jianpi Feier Tangjiang.
