摘要
原发性肝细胞癌是全世界最高发的恶性肿瘤之一,其发生是遗传因素和环境因素相互作用的结果,遗传因素决定了个体遗传易感性,而环境因素决定了什么样的易感个体患癌。本文论述了DNA修复基因XPD、HLA-DRB1基因、代谢酶基因多态性、醇醛脱氢酶基因多态性与肝癌遗传易感性关系的研究进展情况,为临床早期诊断、监测和预后提供了新的生物学标志及为新药的开发提供科学的理论依据。
Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma( HCC) is one of the highest occurrences of malignant tumors in the world at present,owing to the interaction between hereditary factors and environmental factors. The hereditary factors determine the individual heredity susceptive,whereas the environmental factors decided susceptibility of suffering from cancer. This paper discussed the research progress of the association between the susceptibility to hepatocellular carcinoma heredity and some genes including the polymorphism of XPD,ADH2 and ALDH2genotypes,the genetic polymorphisms of metabolism enzymes and HLA-DRB1,in order to provide the new biology marker of early diagnosis,the monitor and the prognosis in clinical and the scientific theory for the development of new medicine.
