抗生素硫酸钙在胫骨慢性骨髓炎中的应用

Treatment of chronic tibia osteomyelitis with antibiotic-impregnated calcium sulfate

目的:探讨抗生素硫酸钙在胫骨慢性骨髓炎中的治疗作用。方法:回顾性分析洛阳正骨医院收治的80例胫骨慢性骨髓炎患者,治疗组采用抗生素硫酸钙填充治疗,对照组给予慢性骨髓炎常规治疗方法,分析两组患者的临床疗效、住院天数、伤口愈合时间及复发率。结果:治疗组在临床有效率、伤口愈合时间、住院时间方面优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义。结论:抗生素硫酸钙填充治疗慢性骨髓炎能缩短病人住院时间,提高患者临床疗效,降低患者复发率,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the effects of treating chronic tibia osteomyelitis with antibiotic-impregnated calcium sulfate. Methods： Retrospective analysis was performed in 80 cases of chronic tibia osteomyelitis treated in the Luoyang Orthopaedics Hospital.All cases were divided into treatment group,treated with antibiotic-impregnated calcium sulfate,and control group,received conventional treatment.The two groups were compared regarding the clinical efficacies,days of hospital stay,wound healing time and recurrence rate.Results： The treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical efficiencies,wound healing time and days of hospital stay. The difference was significant. Conclusion： Antibiotic-impregnated calcium sulfate is worthy of wider clinical recommendation,for it can shorten the hospital stay,improve the clinical efficacy,yet reduce the recurrence rate.
