摘要
由于制造执行系统(MES)能够有效地管理生产运作过程、提高及时交货能力、改善物料的流通性能和提高生产回报率,近年来引起了国内一些大中型企业特别是航空航天企业的重视,并积极开展MES系统的推广应用。针对某航空企业轻型飞机Cessna L162生产线MES系统的实施,将介绍其装配流水线选型、装配线工位划分与工艺流程分析、MES系统架构规划与功能实现、MES系统在生产线上的应用等。该MES系统的应用解决了传统飞机生产管理方法无法适应高产能流水线的问题,大大提高了生产效率,创造了很大的技术经济效益。
As MES can manage the process of manufacturing operations, improve the timeliness of delivery capacity and the flow properties of materials and increase production return rates effectively, it has attracted the attraction of a number of large and medium domestic enterprises, especially aerospace companies, which actively carry out MES applica- tion. With the implementation and application of MES for Cessna production line in an aviation enterprise, it will introduce the selection of assembly lines, the division of assembly stations and the process analysis, the planning of structures and functions of MES, the application of the MES in the production line and etc. Application of MES solves the problems that traditional methods of production management would not adapt to the aircraft assembly line of high production capacity, improves the production efficiency greatly and creates a lot of technical and economic benefits.
