摘要 大坝的安全运行关系到防洪、发电、供水、航运等诸多方面,对大坝进行健康检测,可以掌握大坝的运行状况,及时排除安全隐患。传统的检测方法是利用人工定期或不定期进行现场检测,既耗时耗力又不能实现长期连续监测。文中设计了1种基于虚拟仪器的大坝远程监测系统,现场工控机控制数据采集模块对大坝多种健康参数进行采集,采集的数据经程序处理后利用GPRS网络发送至远程上位机显示并存储。文中重点介绍了基于虚拟仪器的工控机数据采集软件和上位机监测软件的设计,采用Modbus协议RTU模式实现了上下位机间的远程通讯,可满足对大坝健康状况进行长期远程监测的要求。 The safe operation of clam relates to many significant aspects such as flood control, power generation, water supply, shipping etc. Inspecting the health of dam contributes to master the operation condition timely and eliminate potential safety hazards. The traditional detections are mostly relied on the staff inspecting. Due to the human factors, not only is it time consuming, the method cannot long-time continuous operates and detects the potential hazard timely and comprehensively. This paper designs a remote monitoring system based on virtual instrument. It uses industrial computer to control acquisition module and collect the health parameters of the dam. After processing, the collected data was transmitted to the remote PC to display and storage. This paper focuses on the design of host computer monitoring software and data acquisition software based on the virtual instrument. It establishes D2D communication network between the host and slave computer, and uses RTU mode of Modbus protocol. This system can satisfy the requirement of long-term remote monitoring.
