摘要 建立氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定净水剂聚合FeC_l-3中Pb的方法,由于Fe3+含量高有严重负干扰,所以选择在测试介质中加入C_4H_6O_6来消除干扰,在C_4H_6O_6的掩蔽条件下不产生干扰且具有较好的准确性。对实验条件进行了优化,在最佳仪器、实验条件下,Pb的最低方法检出限为0.037μg/L,样品加标回收率在95.6%~106.0%之间。本方法操作简单、快捷,适用于净水剂聚合FeCl_3中Pb的测定,值得推广使用。 A method for the determination of lead in polyferric chloride by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established. As high content of Fe^3+ exist serious negative interference, so the choice of test medium by adding tartaric acid to eliminate interference. The method is not only simple and rapid but also no interference in the tartaric acid masking conditions, exhibited good accuracy. The effect of experimental conditions on the atomic fluorescence intensity were investigated and optimized. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit was 0.037μ g/L, and the samples recovery were in range of 95.6%-106%. It is suitable for purifying agent determination of lead in polyferric chloride, the method is worthy of promotion.
