摘要
在脱硫工艺中石灰石浆液罐内通常加装搅拌装置以防止浆液凝固,由于石灰石浆液介电常数较高,在某些情况下雷达液位计经常出现失波和跳变等情况,使用多路回波矢量跟踪的新算法(动态算法)能够彻底解决上述难题。本文通过对比传统算法和新算法的区别,并以上述工况为基础,结合实际案例和数据,对以上问题进行详细分析。
The inside in the desulfurization of limestone slurry tanks are usually added to prevent slurry mixing device installed solidified, due to the high dielectric constant of limestone slurry, and in some eases often lose radar level meter waves and jump in, using the new algorithm of multi-channel echo vector track (dynamic method) to solve these problems. This paper compares the difference between traditional and new algorithms, and on the basis of these conditions, practical case studies and data analysis of the above issues in detail.
