电厂防喘振闭锁回路参数设定方法改进

摘要 本文旨在研发一种防喘振闭锁回路参数设定方式,能够大大提高系统的校验精度,缩短检修时间。原有的参数设定方法是在闭锁回路的前端减压阀上接好压力表,由管路缓慢的自然泄压,管道中达到一定压力时闭锁阀动作从而判断设定的参数是否符合标准。该方法费时费力,而且存在一定的误差。本方案是将原有的设定方法进行改进,在闭锁回路中增加了一个减压阀和压力表,并对校验方法进行了优化。该方法的改进彻底地解决了一项现场技术难题,为提供优质的检修质量奠定了基础,从而确保了电厂主设备的安全运行;另一方面,也节约了大量的人力资源,提高了工作效率。 This paper aims at developing a surge closed loop parameter setting mode, enabling us to significantly increase calibration accuracy, shorten maintenance time. Original parameter setting methods in front of the closed loop connect the pressure gauge on the valve, by the slow nature of the pipeline pressure relief, reaches a certain pressure lock valve in the pipe in order to determine if they are set up to standard. This method is time-consuming, but there are some errors. The programme is to improve the original setting, in closed loop added a pressure relief valve and pressure gauge and calibration method has been optimized. Improvement of the method of completely solved a technical problem on site, laid the groundwork for provide excellent repair quality, thus ensuring the safe operation of power plant equipment on the other, can save a lot of human resources, improve work efficiency.
