氟树脂在风电叶片涂料中的应用研究新进展 被引量:2

摘要 风能是自然界可再生的一种具有巨大潜力的清洁能源。近年来,全球风电市场保持快速增长。2015年,全球风电新增装机容量达到63.69 GW,再创历史新高。风电叶片是风力发电机组的关键部位,保证其良好运行,不仅能提高发电效率,而且能降低维护成本。受自然环境的影响,长时间运行的风电叶片受到强光照、大温差、风沙、雨蚀、冰雪和海水等的损坏,因此目前最简单有效的方法是使用涂料进行防护。适用于风电叶片涂料的基体树脂,目前包括聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、氟树脂、有机硅树脂和环氧树脂等,本文主要介绍近几年氟树脂在风电叶片涂料中的应用研究新进展,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望。 Wind energy is a natural renewable clean energy having great potential. Recently the global wind power market keeps a fast growth. The new built capacity of the global wind power was up to 63.69 GW in 2015 which gave a new high. The wind turbine blade is the key part of wind power generator. The good operation of the blade can improve generating efficiency and reduce the maintenance cost. However, the long-term operating wind turbine blade might be eroded by natural environment including solar light, temperature variation, sand blow, rain, snow and seawater, etc., to which the cost-effective solution is use protective coatings. The binder resins for wind turbine blas6 coatings are polyurethane, acrylic acid, fluororesin, silicone and epoxy, etc. In particular, the fluororesin and its application in wind turbine blade coatings have been described, and its prospect is also given.
