基于“产教融合”的包装工程专业工程化人才培养研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Engineering Talents Training of Packaging Engineering Based on the Combination of Production and Teaching

"产教融合"是高等包装工程专业教育实现人才培养目标与社会需求目标协调发展的重要途径。结合国际包装业提出的"完整包装解决方案"新理念对包装工程专业人才的培养要求和学生学科竞赛活动的有效开展,以深化"产教融合"为途径,以重庆工商大学包装工程专业人才培养为例,主要从"院企联合、双向互动"人才培养平台的建立;以"完整包装解决方案"新理念为指导构建包装工程专业工程化人才培养的专业课程体系;结合行业需求,优化专业教学内容、改革教学方法和手段等方面,研究和实践了包装工程专业工程化人才的培养问题。

The combination of production and teaching is an important way to realize the harmonious development of the talents training goal and the social needs in the higher packaging engineering education.A new concept of complete packaging solution was proposed in the international packaging industry.This concept put forward the training requirements to the talent specialized in packaging engineering.The student subject contests effectively carried out.In combination with the training requirements and the student subject contests,a talent training platform was established in packaging engineering of Chongqing Technology and Business University from the college-enterprise joint and two-way interaction by deepening the combination of production and teaching.The professional course system of engineering personnel training for packaging engineering was built based on the concept of complete package solution.The engineering talents training of packaging engineering was researched and practiced from three aspects such as industry needs,optimizing the professional teaching contents,reforming teaching methods and means.
