摘要 基于长沙理工大学建筑环境与能源应用工程专业的特色和优势,结合高等教育发展规律和企事业单位对建环专业人才要求,对专业的人才培养模式、师资队伍建设、课程体系与教学方法、实践教学以及创新人才培养等方面进行改革和实践,积极探索建设具备较高学术创新能力和教学水平的优秀教师队伍,培养知识学习与实践能力并重、创新能力兼备的复合型应用人才的新途径和新方法。 Based on characteristics and advantages of building environment and energy application engineering in Changsha University of Science and Technology,combined with the development of higher education and the demand of enterprises to the professional personnel,the reformation and practice is made from teacher team building,curriculum system and teaching methods,practical links,innovative talents training aspects and so on.The goal is to explore team building of outstanding teachers with higher academic innovation ability and teaching level as well as the cultivation of applied talents with knowledge learning,practice ability and innovation ability of with new ways and new methods.
