摘要
在双管串联固定床反应器上进行了煤焦油的加氢精制-加氢裂化实验。在4种级配催化剂的作用下进行了工艺优化实验,最终确定煤焦油加氢制取燃料油品最佳的反应温度为精制段反应温度360℃、裂化段反应温度380℃,最佳反应空速为0.40 h-1。利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对煤焦油加氢汽油及柴油轻馏分的烃类组成进行了分析。结果表明,按照本文所述的工艺加工生产的汽油辛烷值较低而其余指标可以达到国标要求,柴油产品十六烷值较低而其余性质均能达到国标要求。
Coal tar hydrofining-hydrocracking experiments were carried out on the tandem double fixed bed reactor,and the process conditions are optimized under the action of four kinds of catalysts. The optimal process conditions for the preparation of fuel oil by hydrogenation of coal tar are the refining reaction temperature of 360 ℃,the cracking reaction temperature of 380 ℃ and the gas hourly space velocity of 0. 4 h-1. The hydrocarbon composition of gasoline and diesel( light fractions of coal tar hydrogenation) was analyzed using GC-MS,and it is shown that according to the process conditions in this paper,the octane number of the gasoline product and the sixteen alkane value of the diesel oil product are low,and the rest indicators of them can meet the requirements of the national standard.
