水稻花药培养适宜条件的相关研究

Related Research on the Suitable Conditions of Rice Anther Culture

水稻花培是水稻育种中重要的技术手段,研究主要通过对水稻花药培养的每个阶段进行不同的温度处理,探讨了水稻花药培养过程中不同阶段的最适温度。以及研究培养基的最适琼脂浓度。结果表明:水稻花药在培养前必须要经低温预处理,其最适的预处理温度为8℃;进行诱导培养时,其最佳的培养温度为28℃,27℃为最适的分化培养温度,培养基琼脂浓度在0.7%时愈伤组织诱导率最高。

Rice anther culture is widely used as an important technique in rice breeding.In this study,different temperature treatments were carried out for each stage of rice anther culture,the optimum temperature for different stages of rice anther culture was discussed.As well as the optimum agar concentration of the culture medium.The results showed that rice anthers had to be pretreated by low temperature before culture,the optimum temperature was 8 ℃,the best culture temperature was 28 ℃ and 27 ℃ was the optimum temperature for differentiation culture,And the callus induction rate was the highest when the concentration of agar was 0.7%.
