北方某中低品位磷矿低温浮选试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 北方典型硅质磷块岩分选指标易受低温因素影响。本文针对某P_2O_5品位为16.60%的中低品位磷矿,以碳酸钠为调整剂,水玻璃为抑制剂,新组合药剂HXP-7为捕收剂,在8~10°C进行正浮选试验研究。结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074mm占62.87%的条件下,按照正交试验确定的最佳药剂用量,通过一次粗选、两次精选的浮选流程,开路试验获得了磷精矿P_2O_5品位为36.84%、P_2O_5回收率为87.98%,闭路试验获得了磷精矿P_2O_5品位为34.76%、P_2O_5回收率为90.48%的良好指标。 The flotation index of siliceous phosphate ore in north China tends to be significantly affected by the low temperature. In this study, direct flotation tests were conducted on a mid-low grade phosphate with P2O5 grade of 16.60%, using so- dium carbonate as regulator, sodium silicate as depressor and a new combined reagent HXP-7 as collector at a low temperature of about 8-10℃. Results showed that with the grinding fineness being -0. 074 mm 62.87%, by adding an optimal amount of rea- gents that was determined by the orthogonal test, the phosphate concentrate with grade of P20536.84% and recovery of 87.98% was produced by an open-circuit test and the phosphate concen- trate with grade of P2O5 34. 76% and recovery of 90. 48% was obtained by a closed-circuit test with the one-roughing and two- cleaning flotation process.
