四川某高钙镁石英型低品位萤石矿选矿试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对四川某高钙镁石英型低品位萤石矿进行选矿试验,在自然pH值介质中采用酸化水玻璃和YZ-4组合药剂抑制碳酸盐、石英和硅铝酸盐等,试样经1粗1扫7次精选作业可获得CaF_2质量分数>97%、CaCO_3质量分数<0.5%的FC-97制酸级萤石精矿。本研究为该萤石矿的高效利用提供了可靠的技术支持。 Beneficiation tests were conducted on a low grade fluorite with high calcium-magnesium and quartz in Sichuan. The fluorite concentrate at the acid making grade with CaF2 content being greater than 97 percent and CaCO3 less than 0.5 percent could be obtained from the sample in the operation of one roug-hing, one-scavenging and seven-cleaning in the natural pH medium to depress carbonate, quartz, aluminosilicate and other minerals by a mixture of acidified sodium silicate and YZ-4, which could provide a technical support for the efficient utilization of fluorite.
