摘要
大型桥式起重机主梁大多采用T形钢承轨箱形结构,文中对此类型主梁影响上拱的因素进行了分析,在大量实测数据的基础上,取得了合理的上拱预制值,并对主梁上拱焊接变形提出了有效的控制措施,对主梁上拱的预制和焊接变形控制提供了借鉴和参考。
The main beams of the large-scale overhead crane are mainly provided with the T-shape steel bearing rail box structure. The paper analyzes the factors affecting the camber of the beam, introduces proper camber pre-fabricated val- ue based on plenty of measured data, and presents effective measures to control the camber welding deformation of the main beam, providing reference and guidance for pre-fabrication of main beam camber and the control of welding deformation.
