桥式起重机均衡装置异响的分析及对策

针对某桥式起重机使用一段时间后发出严重异响现象的问题,从设计和制造方面查找导致这一现象的原因,提出解决问题的方法。在应用添加锂基润滑脂常规方法未能很好解决问题的基础上,应用二硫化钼润滑剂,从根本上解决了桥式起重机长期异响的现象,且此种维修工艺简单,拆装费用低,维修间隔较长。为该种故障提供实践基础。

To solve the problem that severe abnormal noise occurs in certain overhead crane, me paper explores causes resulting in this problem in respect to design and manufacture, and puts forward the solution. When the conventional method of adding lithium lubricating grease fails to solve the problem, molybdenum disulfide lubricant is applied to eliminate the long-term abnormal noise in the overhead crane. The maintenance technology is simple, disassembly cost is low, and main- tenance interval is long, making the solution practicable in the case of faults.
