摘要
CD44是一种黏附性的跨膜受体糖蛋白,根据外显子表达方式可分为CD44标准体(CD44s)和CD44剪接变异体(CD44v)两种。大量研究证实CD44v的异常表达与多种癌症的发生和发展密切相关,尤其是CD44v在转移性肿瘤中的选择性表达及其与细胞骨架的相互作用。由于CD44v存在着多种复杂的剪接变异体形式,拟从结构上对NCBI中的CD44v进行差异序列的全面比较,综合阐述CD44v在不同肿瘤中的研究及其靶标治疗,为进一步研究CD44v的功能提供理论依据。
CD44,a kind of transmembrane receptor glycoprotein,belongs to adhesion molecular family,and it can be divided into standard CD44( CD44s) and variant CD44( CD44v) according to the expression of CD44 exon. Numerous researches confirmed that the abnormal expression of CD44 v was closely related to the occurrence and development of many kinds of cancers,especially the selective expression of CD44 v in metastatic tumors and its interaction with the cytoskeleton. As the CD44 v had many complex forms of alternative splicing variants,a comprehensive comparison of homologous sequences of CD44 v in NCBI was carried out from the structure,and the research progress and target therapy of CD44 v in different tumors was comprehensively expounded.
